Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. All returns are subject to prior arrangement with T Cards Direct. Goods can only be credited when received at T Cards Direct in a condition suitable for resale. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days). Goods must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. (Please phone for advice if you no longer have the original packaging)
We can only accept complete packs of T Cards. Packs with T Cards missing can not be credited.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Original delivery and collection charges must be met by the customer.
Cancellation of orders
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalized / made to order products. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to contact us within 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way.
Cancellation of made-to-order products
In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced within a reasonable time (usually 7 working days). T Cards Direct will arrange replacement goods at no extra cost to the customer
How to cancel an order
All returns are subject to prior arrangement with T Cards Direct. You can arrange a return over the phone, simply call us on 01732 871417 and make arrangements for the collection/ return.
